Our pupils have taken part in Cancer Fund for Children’s charity read-a-thon event for many years now, and this year’s total smashed our previous record donation by more than £1,000!
We were very proud this morning to hand over a cheque for an incredible £3,804.40 to Cancer Fund for Children. A result of our Year 8 & Year 9 pupils’ recent charity ‘ReadOn’ event! Well done to all pupils who took part and a huge thank you to everybody who donated.
Sophie Rossiter, Year 11, took part in the “Inter girls 300m” race at the District Schools track race. Sophie got the bronze medal.

A number of our Senior School athletes performed very well in this week’s Down District athletics event.
Congratulations to Jason Craig who came 2nd in the discus and 2nd in the Javelin.
Our Easter raffle raised an impressive £120 for Action Cancer, in the final week of last term.

Members of our Student Voice visited our neighbours today to deliver eggs and extend our best wishes for the Easter holidays. We hope that all members of our school community enjoy a restful and safe break. School will reopen for all pupils on Monday 25th April.
