Congratulations to Juliet Stevenson-Bowen and Hollie Blain, both Year 8 on their successes with the Ulster Canoe Polo team. At the beginning of the month Juliet played for the team in Germany where they won the silver medal and again last weekend in Mullingar where they won gold. Hollie was part of the winning team in Mullingar. Well done to both girls!

“Pizza Party”
Members of 8TG enjoyed a Pizza Party yesterday afternoon, as a reward for being the class who raised the most funds for Cancer Fund for Children, earlier this term.
Unwanted football kits
We have been working with Ballygowan Presbyterian Church recently to collect unwanted football kits for a charity working with children in Moldova. We were thrilled therefore that Linfield FC were able to make such a generous donation to the appeal today. Thank you, Linfield FC!
